I have always been passionate about authentic faith since I became a Christ-follower in college, but I could get sucked into perfectionism, self-criticism and legalism at times. Had a major breakthrough with that in my early 40’s as parenting pushed me to a new level of dependence on God’s grace!

Pre-kiddo hobbies: cross-country skiing, playing guitar and leading worship, running, camping. Loved my career as an occupational therapist, and then my time on staff working with college students at Grace Church (Edina, before they moved to Eden Prairie).

Am so grateful for the privilege of helping parents in the Connected Families community!
